Iconet designs and sells smart home gateway hardware. When purchasing our products:

All products are subject to availability
We reserve the right to modify product specifications to improve performance

Orders & Payment

When you place an order through our website:

You will receive an order confirmation via email
Payment is processed securely through our payment provider
We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraud

Shipping & Delivery

We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders. Delivery times vary by region: 3-5 business days within Europe, 7-14 business days for international orders. You will receive tracking information once your order ships.

Warranty

Standard 2-year warranty on all Gateway and Gateway Pro products
3-year extended warranty on Gateway Enterprise products
Warranty covers manufacturing defects and hardware failures under normal use
Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, unauthorized modifications, or natural disasters

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all products:

Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery
Products must be in original condition with all accessories
Full refund processed within 14 business days of receiving the return

Intellectual Property

All content on the Iconet website, including text, images, logos, and software, is the property of Iconet SA and is protected by Swiss and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our written permission.

Firmware & Software

The firmware included with Iconet products is licensed, not sold:

You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the firmware with your Iconet device
Free firmware updates are provided for the lifetime of the product
Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the firmware is prohibited

Limitation of Liability

Iconet SA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product. This limitation does not apply to damages caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Canton where Iconet SA is registered.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
