Zigbee
Bulbs, plugs, sensors and buttons on the gateway's own Zigbee network.
Turn it on
Install Zigbee from Integrations. The built‑in coordinator forms a network; the status reads Coordinator online.
Add a device
- Tap + Add device — the network opens for joining for a few minutes.
- Put the device in pairing mode (usually a reset or a long press; see its manual).
- It appears in the list, is identified automatically, and asks for a name and a room.
Mains‑powered devices (bulbs, plugs) act as routers and extend the range; the list marks them Router · repeats. Battery devices show their level in the tile.
Everyday use
Devices live in Rooms like any other. Buttons and remotes appear as Button / scene devices whose presses (single, double, long) are triggers in Workflows.
Binding
Open a button and bind it directly to a light: the two then talk to each other even if the gateway is off. The What is binding? note in the page explains when it helps.
Firmware
Open a device and tap Check for update; when an update is available it installs from the same page.
Removing
Remove device from the device panel. Remove a device before re‑pairing it elsewhere.
